What is the purpose of Agent Feedback, and what does it mean...?

When an agent says: The buyer thought the home was too small!

An agent means: They found other homes that were better values.

When an agent says:  "They liked the house but bought another one."

An agent means: It needed too much work!

When an agent says: "They liked the house but bought new construction."

An agent means: Buyers will pay 10-15% more for new construction.

When an agent says: "They thought the yard was too small...too busy."

An agent means: They found other homes with larger yards, quieter streets.

When an agent says: "They didn’t like the floorplan."

An agent means: "They didn’t like the floorplan!

THE PURPOSE OF AGENT FEEDBACK

The reasons we call the agent who showed your house are:

To answer any questions or concerns the Buyer expressed so the house will be reconsidered.  To get the impression of the Buyers or Agents. This will help me to better market your house.

Don’t expect Agents to give a full critique of the house. If they showed 15 houses, they honestly may not remember it in detail. Also, if an Agent doesn’t call or fax us back, it means the Buyers are not interested.
